Ruby-Throated Hummingbird
The beautiful and fascinated Ruby-throated hummingbird has
many flight muscle and skeletal adaptations which allow it great agility in
flight. They have, for example, long blade-like wings which connect to the body
only from the shoulder joint. This is unlike most other birds and this
adaptation allows the wing to rotate almost through one hundred and eighty
degrees.

New Term And the Old Issues
No doubt Obama has won the elections by considerable lead by hook or crook but the next term is more challanging and needs more maturity of not only behaviour towards commom man problems but also in policies and approach. At this time the USA’s state-debts are of approximately 16,000 milliards of $, which happens to be the 120% of the US economical efficiency system. That is an unimaginable summ of money. The lawly border for state-debts is by 16.390 milliards of $ fixed clearly depicting that all US. Taxation procedure would be revised raised up and on the other hand all US. expenses would be lowered and if this is praticed and financial border would be leaped over by the US. Government it will result (by raising of taxes and lowering of expenses) in pushing the US as well as all the world economy in a deep crisis. Obama has to have serious and deep discussion with the Congress for bridging that financial trench.
It is assumed that almost18 millions of US. citizens are jobless as maximum of the US firms and manufacturing units had transfered their factories in cheap-payment-countries.
It is assumed that almost18 millions of US. citizens are jobless as maximum of the US firms and manufacturing units had transfered their factories in cheap-payment-countries.
The most dangerous problem for Obama is its conflict with the Iran, in lieu of it's Nuclear-programm inspite of all its efforts the US diplomacy has not succede yet to revent an Israelian air-attack against Iranian nuclear power-plants as this prevention is very necessary for not causeing a World War- III.. Another important and burning issue is the US. military engagement in Afghanistan which happens to be the longest US war-mission in history of US, will be a great problem for Obama. He certainly would’ve to finish the Afghan military mission in order to prevent this land in a totaly chaos.

Comparison between the Two Terms (208 and 2012)of Obama
In recently held US-Presidential Elections on Nov. 7,2012 are won by Barack Hossain Obama by a reasonable lead over Mitt Romney. Obama got 332 Electoral votes whereas Romney could score 206 votes in contest. The number of popular votes had also remarkable difference as Obama had 61,170,405 and Romney got 58,163,977 in comparison. The chart of states also clarifies their Positions in the elections. The Blue Color is of the states where Obama won and Red Color is for Romney.
If we compare this present result with his previous one back in 2008 when he defeated John McCain in his first Presidential elections held on Nov. 4, 2008. Obama got 365 Electoral Votes and his rival McCain got only 173 votes in against. The comparison of popular votes is also telling the comparison as Obama had 69,456,897 votes and McCain got 59,934,814 in return. Obama’s % was 52.9 and McCain’s was 45.7 of the total votes cast.
The stats show that the popularity of Obama has decrease to some extent not only in Electoral Votes but also in Popular votes by comparison. This is due to the policies and social issues matters which has done so but I think this is becoming a custom of USA that the president is to given two terms to prove or sustain his policies as we have been observing in previous two decades or so. On one hand it shows the tolerance and stability of US Democratic System and on other hand it depicts the point that American people have to bear every president for two terms willingly or unwillingly.

• New York's MTA has no plan for extra borrowing
There are certain reports which declare that New
York's Metropolitan Transporation Authority (MTA) has revealed market
concerns that it has already strapped
finances could be further strained by cleanup costs after the massive Storm
Sandy flooded streets, subways all the area of New York. The chief financial
officer of the largest U.S. has said that he has no authority to borrow extra
money and the Finance Director also added that debt issuance will be proceeded
as it has been planned. The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA)
has already confirmed that federal funds will cover all emergency public
transportation costs till November 9 in New York. Some concerns were also
expressed by the New York State Comptroller Thomas DiNapoli. He said that over
a longer period, the MTA may have to shift some capital projects in order to do
some important repairs to be done. The MTA, which operates New York City's
subway ,buses, trains and various
bridges and tunnels, is still calculating the costs from this week's flooding
and fierce winds and finding it hard to estimates of the financial fallout.Another
important and leading issuer in America's municipal bond market, the MTA was
pushing ahead with more than $1 billion in debt sales next week, including an
offering of $259 million of floating-rate notes delayed from this week because
trading was interrupted by Sandy.Moody's confirmed an A2 rating on the revenue
bonds, with a stable outlook. In a report on the storm impact on municipal
issuers, the rating agency said that public transportation systems could be
particularly challenged because they suffer a double whammy from lost revenue
while inoperable and from the additional costs of the cleanup.Institutional
investors said next week's bond sales should go smoothly, with lots of bidders
for the MTA bonds."The mini market is flush with cash," said Dan
Heckman, senior vice president at U.S. Bank wealth management. "I think
demand will be strong. I may be wrong but there may even be a sympathy
bid."McCoy added that the MTA would have "no problem" in meeting
bond payments due on November 1 and November 15 on some of its nearly $32 billion of
outstanding bonds. Foran said he expected no changes because of Sandy in the
MTA's capital improvements projects, which are expected to cost $24 billion
over five years ending in 2014.

Sandy Devastates New Jersey
In the wake of Sandy, hard-hit New Jersey faces an uphill battle to rebuild. Many cities face complete devastation: Hoboken is heavily flooded, with thousands trapped in their homes; in the shore town of Mantoloking, natural gas leaks rekindled fires that broke out after the storm. Shore towns in particular bore the brunt of the storm’s fury.Men inspect damage to a beach club destroyed by Hurricane Sandy in Sea Bright, New Jersey, October 31, 2012.
