It is reported the German Forces have evacuated the Province Samingon and its remote areas in Afghanistan War after fatal attacks of Taliban leaving behind the so-called Afghan Soldiers. This is a true picture in Afghanistan after the American Invasion. The war after 10 years has not achieved its goals and there is a lot to do. This part of world is under constant armed invasion and has been restless and troublesome for centuries. 

Chinese Latest Drone

China has announced that it will establish 11 Drone Centers by the end of 2015 to strengthen the monitoring of its Coastal Areas ans Sea. The Official Media has reported that China is planning to use Drone Technology not only for Defense Purpose but also for checking smuggling of drugs, traffic incidents and Rescue Activities. In a recent Air Show China has exhibited the latest model of an auto-plane without pilot and has started selling these planes (drones) to other countries. These drones are very cheap as compared to American-Drones. American Defense Council has reported that Chinese increasing budget and interest in Defense Sector and its latest research could be alarming for American Drone Technology and a threat to this technology.

The War always Costs

Recent attacks at Gaza have not only brought difficulties for Palestinian People but also has affected Israel itself too. On one hand this war has brought fear and feelings of insecurity among its citizens and on the other hand it is a financial burden on the state. According to the official statistics about 40 million dollars are being wasted daily on this war. Half of this amount is being spent on a Missile Shield “ Iron Dome” to prevent the Palistinain Rocket Attacks. This shield hasn't proved its worth yet. Palestinian Militant Wing “Al-Qassaam” produces “Al-Qassaam” Rockets not more than 100 dollars a rocket locally whereas its stoppage costs Israel more than hundred times. The most expensive rocket costs “Al-Qassam Brigade” almost 1100 dollars and Israel spends millions of dollars to destroy them. According to a report about 200 million dollars are spent on the establishment of one shield and the zionic army has established 6 Anti-Missile Shields till now. Along with these shields according to Israeli Media, Israel has deployed 40,000 reserve force in Gaza against “AL-Hammas” costing 7,60,000 dollars daily. The Drone Attacks are also a powerful weapon of Israel costing 1500 dollars for only one hour and other war-planes are costing 15,000 dollars per hour. In a nutshell this war is not only affecting Palestinian but also destroying Israel morally and financially as well. International Community should take some serious steps to settle this dispute by bilateral-Discussion for the betterment of the both to secure the peace in the region.

History Background of the Conflict of Israel

If we look at the background of the fight between Israel and Palestine which is going on for several years. It started even before the establishment of Israel into a modern state. If we go back in 1920, the City of Jerusalem was placed under a International Regime to be ruled by Great Britain but in 1947 Palestine was partitioned into two different independent states, the Jewish and the Arab state. The Jews were excited to be back in their home-land but at the same time the Arabs viewed this as "an act of betrayal by the international community that surrendered an integral part of the Arab world to foreign invaders". Soon after Israel was left to be governed by the Jews without international help and the Arab world being against the formation of this Jewish state started military action against Jewish state known as the Three Year War. This was the worst armed confrontation in the middle east since the Ottoman Empire was destroyed and since then the area is in a serious state of struggle and military confrontation.

The Affect of Iron Dome

 Being the 10^th great Armed Forces Israel claims to be undestroyable but Palistinian Freedom Fighters arenevertheless too. Israel has established an Anti-Missiles Defense System named as “Iron Dome” to prevent the Missile and Rockets attacks to the Israeli Cities done from the Gaza Region. This latest system costs millions of dollors. Israeli government claims that this system has the ability to destroy 90 percent of the Palistinian Missils and Rockets before hitting the target. But reports of Israeli Media and Zionic Army show that success of “Iron Dome” is not of much level. An Arabian Website has declared that this system has proved unsuccessful in blocking the militant attacks. It has destroyed only 54 percent of the attacks. This system in not capable of the more. A Jewish Journalist made live coverage of the system. He was standing near the system. Pointing towards the system he made lot of praises for the system. At the same time the there was the sound of the siron of the system and the next moment a Anti-Rocket Missile was fired from “Iron Doom Battery”. But inspite of blocking Palistinian Rocket in the air it hit the ground and the show was seen by many on the media. In the first 6 days Palistinian Freedom Fighters fired  850 Rockets and only 310 were destroyed successfully which are only 36 percent of the attacks

Just after the Israeli  invasion in Gaza  its official websites have been attempted by hackers more than 400,000 times in these 6 days but only one website is hacked. According to Israelian Officials a group of unknown hackers has been attacking official websites of President. Prime Minister, Defense Ministry and Ministry of Exterior Affairs. And these attacks are hundred thousands in number. According to Israelian Finance Minister “We , in these days, are enjoying the benefits of the investment done on the Defense System of Computers”. An unknown Hacker has claimed to destroy many websites. An American Newspaper has reported that this unknown group has announced that it has destroyed the websites of Israelian Army,Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and many      Security and Financial Websites. This group has posted on one of the Hacked Site that we will continue their attempts unless coward Israelian Forces  continue attacking innocent civilians in Gaza.

Peace Agreement between MILF and Philippine Government

Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) has a history of 40-years struggle which has casted about 120,000 lives has brought a peaceful agreement after a long negotiation. According to which an autonomous region will be set up in the south Philippine where Muslims are in majority keeping in mind that Philippine is a Catholic-Country. The agreement was announced on Oct. 15, 2012 in Manila after a long talks held in Malaysia between MILF and the Government. The key points can be summarized as:

v  Providing Guarantee for democratic and human rights

v  Pledging development and fair sharing of natural wealth

v  Expansion of Sharia courts for Muslim residents

v  Creating new, larger autonomous region

v  Gradual decommissioning of MILF forces

The above mentioned agreement provides ground for the creation of a "Transition Commission" tasked with drafting a law to implement the framework deal. Both the sides know that there is a huge pressure to get this agreement in a right way. As we know that in 2008 the deal was about to be agreed upon and  signed when Local Christian groups complained they had not been fully consulted and for this reason the Supreme Court blocked the agreement and after few weeks conflict was resumed and as a consequence hundreds of thousands of civilians were forced to flee their homes.To avoid such eruption this time widespread consultations and a public vote have been built into the process, in the hope that finally a lasting peace can be reached

Hope for Sustainable Peace

The Philippine government and the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) have finally reached a Framework Agreement leading to a sustained peace process in the Muslim region of the Philippines. This moment has come after two year’s continuous and intense discussion. The agreement defines the mechanism and procedure and their principles of replacing moralities that feel a bit unsafe in the newly political identity region called Muslim Mindanao (ARMM) where Muslims are in majority in the Catholic Dominated Country. The framework describes the two provisions on the basic rights highlighting the Women’s Rights as:

Ø  1-Right to participate meaningfully in Political activities  and protecting them  from all kinds of violence.

Ø  Equal participation in all opportunities regarding social, economical, public service etc. activities irrespective of their class, creed, disability and gender.

It is due to this framework agreement that on either side of the negotiation have female members i.e. MILF has Raissa Jajurie in its Board of Consultants and Government has Miriam Coronel Ferrer and Yasmin Busran Lao in the panel. All these three women have strong civil society background.  After the agreement the Presidential Adviser on the Peace Process Secretary Teresita Quintos Deles has remarked  “The agreement lays the foundation for a future more invested in books, not bullets. It is about young lives able to realize their dreams in the safety of communities where conflict used to reign. It is about writing the success story of our nation together as brothers and sisters which is respectful of each other’s diversity and cultural identity.” This treaty is opening a new horizon in the peace process in the ere when all the world is under terrorism and anti-terrorism conflict widening with every day and no hope for the rehabilitation  Super powers have put their responsibility behind and blindly opening the new war-fields each day. The agreement is a hope to the peaceful future of mankind.
